2 Timothy

2 Timothy 1

v07: For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

2 Timothy 2
v02: And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.

v07: Consider what I say, and may the Lord give you understanding in all things.
v13: If we are faithless, He remains faithful; He cannot deny Himself.

v16: But shun profane and idle babblings, for they will increase to more ungodliness.

v22: Flee also youthful lusts; but pursue righteousness, faith, love, peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart.

v24: And a servant of the Lord must not quarrel but be gentle to all, able to teach, patient,

v25: in humility correcting those who are in opposition, if God perhaps will grant them repentance, so that they may know the truth,

v26: and that they may come to their senses and escape the snare of the devil, having been taken captive by him to do his will.

2 Timothy 3
v05: having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!

v06: For of this sort are those who creep into households and make captives of gullible women loaded down with sins, led away by various lusts,

v07: always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

v12: Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution.

v16: All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness,

2 Timothy 4
v03: For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers;

v04: and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables.

v18: And the Lord will deliver me from every evil work and preserve me for His heavenly kingdom. To Him be glory forever and ever. Amen!
